Privacy Policy

Fustat ("Fustat", "we", "us") is a product design-critique service operated by ProductVoyagers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Fustat is in beta. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and to judge your flows. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

Account — your email address, provided when you sign in with Google or request an email sign-in link. If you use Google, we receive your verified email and basic profile (name) via Google's OAuth; we do not receive your Google password.
Your content — the projects, flows, screens (images), and goals you upload or create so Fustat can critique them, plus the critiques, scores, and comments produced.
Usage — basic records of actions you take (e.g. a judgment run) to meter credits and keep the service working.
Cookies — a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

To provide the service: sign you in, store your work, and generate critiques and scores.
To process your screens and goals through our AI model provider to produce a critique and a quality score.
To meter and bill credits, and to secure and improve the service.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors strictly to run Fustat, under their terms:

Anthropic — your screens and goals are sent to Anthropic's API to generate critiques. They process it to return a result and do not use it to train their models by default.
Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and content delivery.
Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google", to verify your identity.
Resend — to send sign-in link emails.
Stripe — if and when you purchase credits, to process payment (we never store card numbers).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your content for advertising.

Retention & deletion

We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete any project or flow in the app at any time, which removes it and its versions. To delete your account and all associated data, email us and we'll action it.

Your choices

Access, correct, export, or delete your data — email us.
Sign out at any time to end your session.
