These terms govern your use of Fustat ("Fustat", "the service"), operated by ProductVoyagers. By signing in or using Fustat, you agree to them.

Fustat is in beta. Features may change, and critiques are AI-generated guidance — not a guarantee of outcomes. Use your own judgment.

The service

Fustat critiques product flows against a business goal: one agent writes a critique, a separate read-only agent scores its quality. It is a decision-support tool, not professional advice.

Your account

You sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to your email secure.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for the content you upload.
In a shared workspace, the workspace owner controls membership and billing.

Credits & billing

Actions that run the AI (e.g. a critique) spend credits from your workspace wallet. New workspaces receive a free monthly allowance.
You may purchase additional credits or subscribe to a plan. Paid credits and subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
Prices and allowances may change during beta; we'll give notice of material changes.
Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once spent.

Your content

You keep all rights to the screens, flows, and goals you upload, and to the critiques produced for you. You grant Fustat the limited rights needed to store your content and process it (including via our AI provider) to deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of your product designs.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful.
Don't attempt to break, overload, probe, or abuse the service or its limits.
Don't resell or misrepresent Fustat's output as human professional advice.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and AI output may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductVoyagers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Fustat and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.
